Founder, established a structural engineering office practice in 1973 that had extended its services during the course of the following four decades to include wide range of design, project management, business administration and finance services.

Currently, retired and prefers to play an advisory role . “It’s time to make room for the young guys,” said Talaat, who still hopes to be busy in the business sector post-retirement. That business, he hopes, will come from being supportive to the team on advisory assignments.

More than 30 years of experience in broad base of expertise & degrees encompassing project management, design and system control.

Responsibilities :

  • Seek and build team involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local operations as well as for international rollout.

  • Lead, coach, develop and retain high-performance senior team.

  • Use overseas trips and relationships to garner new opportunities

Planning Manager on one of the biggest National Mega Projects, with 12 years of Experience in Construction Industry (Interior Design, Residential buildings, Site Supervision … ), 11 years of experience in the Planning field (Tender Projects, Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, Heavy Civil Projects, Infrastructure…).

With 2 years of experience in the strategic planning, business development and trading field close to the cement industry, Farah is characterized with exception ability to develop the business and drive management to take sound business decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Suppliers and Customers for commodity trading deals
  • Prepare offers, negotiate, Draft and sign contracts
  • Fix vessels, shipment dates and arrange with different ports
  • Develop management tools to measure and analyze financial and operational information for business decisions.
  • Develop and analyze MIS, Budget reports received from operating units to help top management in assessing the performance of the reporting units, developing different operating trends, and taking strategy decisions.
  • Financial modeling, prepare budgeting and profit forecast analysis for different segments, monitor the periodic performance of subsidiaries and KPI reports.
  • Develop different operation stress testing scenarios and analyze their implementation on the company’s cash flow and future operation decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow and fund position to highlight the company’s financial needs and raise funds for project finance requirements.
