Since the firm's founding in 1973, ASH-CGES has developed into one of the most diverse and respected design/management practices. We employ talented professionals linked across a global network of 5 offices on three continents. Repeated clients consistently acknowledge ASH-CGES long-standing commitment to their projects.

All our staffs are experienced construction professionals – quantity surveyors, project managers and associated disciplines. They are used to working on all types of construction schemes including “high tech” buildings, prestigious offices, high quality interiors, etc.

We are used to working for both public and private clients and those with stringent budget accountability requirements. It is our firm belief that the most effective marketing is the service we provide.

We scale our services for projects of all sizes. We're as comfortable helping a company rebrands its headquarters lobby as we are planning a new town in Islamabad.

To better meet our clients' needs, we have organized ASH-CGES into groups of market-based specialists. Our experience has demonstrated that increased collaboration among a brain trust of market experts leads directly to increased innovation and better projects.

ASH-CGES was founded on international commissions in the Middle East. We have since provided services on every continent. Geography has never presented a problem for us and we can provide worldwide coverage for our reputable clients.

Clients such as Cisco, AVAYA, SSP and LOUIS hotels have benefited from our international “mindset” and our ability to operate in any country regardless of whether we have an already established office in a particular location. Our equity offices are in Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, UAE and Bahrain.

We also have strong associations throughout the world. In completely new areas we are very used to establishing relationships for the purpose of a particular scheme and we have been able to match the abilities of the local office very effectively with our client’s requirements. Examples of this include Jeddah, Islamabad, Moscow and Qatar

One of our particular strengths is the enhancement of locally established contract conditions in order to ensure that our client’s requirements are satisfied. In our experience, inflicting the UK contracts and procurement systems on local consultants and contractors merely creates uncertainty and misunderstanding which is manifested in increased costs and delays. In many countries, contracts are rooted in JCT, FIDIC, UK Government Contracts or similar but in some instances we have formulated bespoke contract conditions.
